Stington Capital is a private investment company that invests in commercial litigation believed to be high in value and meritorious.
We provide capital in two ways — to companies, to meet the attorneys' fees and expenses of pursuing a claim, and to portfolios of cases managed by leading law firms. If the litigation is successful, we are repaid our investment plus an agreed return. If it is unsuccessful, the client owes us nothing.
We consider investments in a variety of industries and market sectors, in numerous jurisdictions, and at every stage of the litigation life cycle. We hold our positions for as long as the matter takes. The cases we own, we see through.
